While guest trainers and clinicians are periodically invited to the farm to give our students the opportunity to ride and train with a variety of instructors, day to day instruction is available with Alexa Thompson. 

Clear View Farm is working hard to create a resource for the area via schooling. Use of our show jumping arena, aerated cross country schooling field, and CVF Gallop Hill are available with an appointment and an insured instructor present. Please contact us schedule a time/get more information!

ALEXA THOMPSON

Rider and Trainer Alexa Thompson has competed up to the 4* level of eventing, shown in the 1.30m jumpers, and enjoys competing in many other disciplines. Alexa is one of only three US riders that has obtained all three USPC 'A' certifications-- Dressage, Show Jumping, and Eventing. Alexa has spent time training in the United States under several top riders/trainers, has been based in Ireland and France, and is mentored by 5* rider and Olympic medalist, Maxime Livio.

CIARAN THOMPSON

Ciaran Thompson is the Director of Young Horse Development at Clear View Farm, LLC. Hailing from Ireland, Ciaran grew up in a horse-loving family, benefiting from exceptional education and mentorship from an early age. As a dedicated member of Pony Club, he earned his ‘A’ certification while pursuing a degree in Animal Sciences at University College Dublin. Ciaran later represented Ireland at the Student Rider Nations Cup in Germany, an Intercollegiate catch riding competition. He distinguished himself by placing in the top five in each discipline and contributing to his team's bronze medal win.
