Clear View Farm sits perfectly on 97 acres of land. This land provides riders and horses with loads of open pastures, hacking fields, a cross country schooling course, private and semi-private turnout paddocks, and gorgeous sunsets. It also houses three barns with large stalls and is an easy 15 minute drive (9 miles) from downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky.

Clear View Farm is working hard to create a cross country resource for the area via schooling. Use of our show jumping arena, aerated cross country schooling field, and CVF Gallop Hill are available with an appointment and an insured instructor present. Cross Country Field
At Clear View Farm, our cross country field is open for horse and rider at $50 per session. Featuring a variety of questions from starter to intermediate level, the jumps are regularly moved to keep the course fresh and challenging. The field is well-maintained, offering a safe and enjoyable environment to build skills and confidence. Riders must have a trainer present for guidance. Whether preparing for competition or enjoying a day of riding, our dynamic course is perfect for riders seeking both challenge and fun.
